On this cool and windy last day of July, Ken opted for the the van for our morning wildlife tour. As they cruised up the Golden Rd towards Telos they saw great blue herons, a gaggle of geese, ducks, a raven and 2 different types of hawk, a broadwing and a cooper’s hawk. For our evening tour he was able to get out on the lake and headed over to Big Mud Brook. They had great luck as they were able to see some ducks and loons, Canada geese, belted kingfishers, a great blue heron, a snapping turtle, 2 cow moose in two different locations and a bald eagle just as they were about to dock at NEOC.
