All River Lunches are cooked over an open fire with your choice of Steak, Chicken, Fish or Veggie. Our River Steaks are lightly seasoned with a Montreal Steak Seasoning, Chicken Breasts are marinatedĀ in Teriyaki, Fish is cooked with Lemon and Spices and our Veggie option is a Shish Kabob. Lunch also comes with infamous River Rice, Coleslaw, a Cookie and your choice of water, lemonade or iced tea. Depending on the seasonĀ guides may also prepare hot beverages.

Caught up with professional whitewater guide and master "river lunch" chef Josh aka "Rabbit" at the lunch site today. He gave a little run down of what they serve up for our raft trips on a daily basis. Mmmmm
