We Have TWO Locations!
Yes, you read that right, we have two locations. Our campground is the Penobscot Outdoor Center shown here on this slide, the closest campground to Baxter State Park. Find a Google map at the end of this page if you need to calculate drive time and distance.
Our other location is the New England Outdoor Center/Twin Pines and The River Driver's Restaurant and that is located 6 miles from here.
Broken Paddle Pub
Located at the Penobscot Outdoor Center – Open seasonally.
The Broken Paddle Pub offers a beer bar with pool tables, which is open on the days that we have rafting trips. Please see the front desk for the current hours as they vary throughout the season.
*Due to COVID19 the amount of people allowed in the building is limited*
We have a great fun sandy volleyball court right next to our pavilion
Whitewater rafting Trips leave from our basecamp right here at the campsite daily
