It was another windy morning in the Katahdin region and our Maine guide, Ken decided once again to take his group of 4 by van. It was a full day wildlife tour so they had a lot of ground to cover as they headed up the Telos Rd, into Baxter State Park to Sandy Stream Pond and up to the Chesuncook Boomhouse on Chesuncook Lake. They were able to see some grouse, common mergansers, 2 of our sly neighborhood foxes, and sadly, a dead moose calf.
