It was another strikingly beautiful sunny day here at NEOC today and Ken was back at the helm of the pontoon boat motoring into Big Mud brook in search of the great beast that has been eluding us. His efforts were in vain but they were able to see the ever present loons and a flock of Canadian geese heading south for the winter.
