Our Maine guide, Matt was pulling double duty again today with both a morning and evening tour. On the morning tour he was able to get his group of 9 on the Ktaadn Resorts pontoon boat. As they motored towards Big Mud Brook they were delighted to see 2 bald eagles including 1 snagging a fish, a snapping turtle, a muskrat, a deer, the rare sighting of a Maine black bear and a huge bull moose! On our evening tour he loaded his 6 guests into the van and due to the pouring rain they didn’t see any wildlife.
