With rain in the forecast for the day, our Maine guide, Matt was glad to get his group of 8 out on the Ktaadn Resorts pontoon boat for the morning wildlife tour. As they glided across the lake they saw 2 eagles, several terns, 9 loons including a nesting loon, 4 mallards and a kingfisher. The rain hit in the afternoon so Matt took his large group of 12 and headed up the Golden Rd in the van. The sights were slim however they were able to see a couple of eagles.
