As we enter the last weekend in July, Ken was again busy with 2 wildlife tours today. In the morning he was able to get out on the NEOC pontoon boat with 9 guests and they were able to see a common tern, several loons and wood ducks, a Canada goose, a great blue heron, a cormorant, a painted turtle, 3 eagles and a deer. For the evening tour, Ken and his group of 6 ventured out on Millinocket Lake to see what they could see. The night was definitely for the birds as they were able to see 2 eagles, loons and kingfishers, a mallard and a wood duck, a Canada goose, a common tern and a beaver.
