Matt was once more on double duty today and was able to get his group of 6 out on the Ktaadn Resorts pontoon boat. As they set their sights on Big Mud Brook they saw a plethora of birds of all kinds including loons and geese, terns, 5 great blue heron, cormorants, 30 + mergansers and both an adult and juvenile eagle. In the evening, back on the pontoon boat, Matt and a group of 8 glided across the lake and saw loons and black ducks, belted kingfishers and geese, 30 + mergansers, golden eye ducks, a great blue heron, a bald eagle, some painted turtles and a cow moose.
