It was an extremely calm evening as Matt and 4 guests climbed on board the Ktaadn Resorts pontoon boat en route to Big Mud Brook. As the group enjoyed the gorgeous scenery along Millinocket Lake with Katahdin looking down upon them they were able to see 13-15 loons clustered together, several mallards, an osprey and a kingfisher, a couple of eagles and a beaver.
