It was still raining this morning so back up the Golden Road they went in the NEOC van on the way to the Sofa Pit. The sights of the morning were common mergansers, mallards and a northern harrier. For the evening tour Ken was able to get out on the lake as the rain had finally stopped. The group of 9 were happy to see a cormorant, an eagle, a loon, a kingfisher and a beautiful rainbow.
