On this foggy and drizzly evening our Maine guide Ken chose to take his small group by van and they ventured into Baxter State Park to Sandy Stream Pond. I guess the saying rings true, it was a night not fit for man nor beast as they struck out in the moose department once again. They did see a raven, wood duck and an ebony jewel wing. Let’s hope that this dry spell ends soon!
