The time your group spends at NEOC is fully customizable. Depending on the season, we can arrange for guided whitewater rafting, hikes, snowmobiling, and beyond—whatever the spirit of adventures calls you to.
conference rooms
Our dedicated conference rooms can accommodate 10-100+ people at once, with onsite lodging for up to 100 people available. In the summer, we can accommodate even larger groups with outdoor tent options.
catering
With our award-winning River Drivers Restaurant and Knife Edge Brewing located on-site, all meals (and coffee breaks) can be catered in-house. We have the flexibility and capacity to create meals that will work for your group, including the ability to cater to dietary restrictions.

At NEOC, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting every kind of group imaginable—banks, religious groups, land conservancy groups, military retreats, Maine’s Warden Services, medical associations and beyond. Our facilities are open and available to book year-round.
Over 2000 sq feet of event space at the top of Hammond Ridge, with spectacular views of Millinocket Lake and Katahdin, featuring a large covered patio. Full-service catering and bar is available on-site.

Arriving by car:
- 1.5 hours from Bangor International Airport (shuttle services are available!)
- 3.5 hours from Portland, Maine
Arriving by plane:
- Private planes can land at Millinocket Airport, which is only a 10 minute drive away.
- Sea planes can land right on Millinocket Lake.
